Csilla Molnar is currently a junior at UHD Marilyn Davies College of Business majoring in Insurance and Risk Management.

Applicants submitted essays describing their long and short-term career goals and what interested them in risk management or insurance as a major.

The selection committee was impressed with both UHD Insurance & Risk Management student’s submissions and decided to award both applicants, a IRM senior and Csilla Molnar, a junior.

“I am very grateful for the opportunities this award will provide me,” said Molnar. “I hope to gain knowledge about the important steps to excel in a career in insurance and risk management at this national industry-leading networking event. Working as an Independent Claim Adjuster, I realized that managing risk the professional way can help people through life-altering circumstances. At the conference I am excited to learn more about the insurance industry, especially risk management.”

According to the RIMS Conference website, these business students will be among 10,000 people from 70 different countries in attendance, along with 400+ exhibitors and 300 different speakers.
